成都市某综合医院护士同理心现状调查及相关因素分析

Abstract
目的:了解综合医院护士同理心现状及其影响因素.方法:2016年6~7月采用方便抽样方法对成都市某综合医院440名护士同理心现状进行问卷调查.结果:409名护士同理心得分为43~117分,平均(87.30±7.19)分.对工作环境、职业的满意度及是否学习过与同理心相关课程对护士同理心得分有影响(P<0.05).结论:综合医院护士同理心得分处于中等水平,学习与同理心相关课程,提高护士对职业主观满意度及改善工作环境能提高护理人员同理心水平.
