Abstract
以聚乙二醇/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PEG/PBT)嵌段共聚物为原料,进行了共聚物在37℃、pH7.4条件下的体外降解行为及失重率的测定.并在(PEG/PBT)支架材料上进行细胞培养.结果表明(PEG/PBT)聚合物是一种具有良好生物相容性的可降解性的高分子材料.
