氟乙酰胺中毒58例临床分析

Abstract
目的:归纳总结口服氟乙酰胺中毒临床特点,加强对该病诊断与治疗的认识.方法:对58例氟乙酰胺中毒的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:轻度中毒8例(14%)、中度29例(50%)、重度21例(36%),临床治愈57例,死亡1例,治愈率为98%,死亡率为2%.结论:及时肌注特效解毒剂乙酰胺,及早彻底洗胃是抢救氟乙酰胺中毒的关键.
