输血前对全血或血液成分进行辐照是目前唯一用于预防输血相关性移植物抗宿主病(TA-GVHD)发生的方法.血液辐照是指对全血(或)成分血进行一定剂量的放射线照射处理,放射线主要指γ射线(或)x射线.目前常用的为γ射线,放射源主要为137Cs(或)60Co.国内外对血液辐照的应用及对血液质量影响的研究报道越来越多,现综述如下.
