儿童作为一类特殊群体,个体差异、性别差异大,自身防护能力较弱,用药期间产生的风险相比于成人更大,故儿童用药安全更加严格[1 - 2].长期以来,我国儿科用药研究相对较少,儿童专用剂型缺乏[ 3],临床上很多情况下只能将儿童视为"缩小版的成人",用成人药品来替代.
