Abstract
过敏体质的病人使用某些药物时,可引起不同程度的过敏反应,甚至发生过敏性休克,如抢救不及时,可危及生命.因此,在使用可发生过敏反应的药物前,除详细询问用药史和过敏史外,还必须做好药物过敏试验,以防发生意外,在临床工作中,青霉素过敏属于医务人员头痛的问题,现就此谈点个人见解.
