Abstract
目的总结应用外周中心静脉置管(PICC)化疗的护理经验.方法对128例采用PICC化疗的患者进行针对性的护理,并观察静脉炎的发生率.结果128例患者中1次置管成功120例,成功率94%,至化疗疗程结束发生静脉炎4例,发生率为3.1%.结论采用PICC化疗,结合针对性的护理,能避免化疗药物对外周静脉的刺激及预防药物外渗引起的局部损伤.
