Abstract
目的提高急诊患者的自我保健意识.方法建立健康教育组织体系,对急诊护士进行健康教育知识培训,设立健康教育宣传栏,利用视觉图像进行宣传.结果全年急诊患者及家属都掌握一定的预防知识.结论通过健康教育可使患者综合满意度提高,急诊患者量逐年增加,收到良好的社会效益与经济效益.
