Abstract
走过心绞痛(WTA)是指在劳累时发作,继续活动后患者心绞痛的症状逐渐减轻甚至消失.近年来对WTA的研究逐渐深入,本文从WTA的临床特点入手,综述了其发病机制:如冠状动脉痉挛(CAS)、适应性机制、侧支循环、盗血机制学说等,旨在为临床正确认识及处理WTA提供依据.
