Abstract
停乳链球菌似马亚种是C组或G组β-溶血性链球菌,该菌感染的病例多与食用被污染的奶制品或肉制品有关,主要表现为上呼吸道感染症状,容易误诊.2014年 6月西安市某幼儿园暴发一起食源性(酸奶)停乳链球菌似马亚种感染引起的急性上呼吸道感染疫情.对所有病例进行随访时发现,首发病例发展为隐匿性肾炎,未及时明确诊断并治疗是首发病例发展为隐匿性肾炎的主要原因.为提高对该菌感染流行病学特征和临床特征的认识,加强防治能力,减少不良后遗症的发生,对该病例的调查和疫情的应对情况进行报告.
