Abstract
尿白蛋白(UAlb)作为肾脏早期损伤的传统标志物,对糖尿病肾脏疾病(DKD)早期诊断、疗效评价有重要参考价值,研究发现,UAlb诊断DKD的灵敏度和特异性贝佳,因此很多学者致力于寻找更理想的DKD标志物.DKD进展与肾小球及肾小管间质病变相关,因此尿液标志物更能准确反映肾脏损伤的严重程度.本文旨在对肾小球、肾小管损伤的尿液标志物的研究现状及最新进展进行探讨.
