Abstract
胰岛β细胞功能减退与其受氧化应激损伤有很大的关系,格列齐特因独特的氧自由基清除特性及上调胰岛β细胞内抗氧化酶,保护胰岛β细胞抵抗氧化应激;其高选择结合位点和较少促分泌机制,避免对胰岛细胞过度刺激,减轻氧化应激,应用于T2DM前期及新诊断T2DM患者,有望延缓糖尿病的发生和胰岛β细胞衰竭的速度.
