Abstract
糖尿病性类脂质渐进性坏死(NLD)是糖尿病皮肤病变的一种少见类型,发病机制不明,治疗效果不确切.本病发病率低,无相应的诊治指南,易被误诊误治.本文报道了我院诊治的1例严重而且典型的NLD病案,并进行相关文献的复习归纳,旨在提高和加深对本病的认识以免误诊和漏诊,并探讨可能的治疗方案.
