患者,男,28岁,因反复出现口腔霉菌感染,间断发热、咳嗽、腹泻10个月,于2000年10月25日入院.于10个月前出现口腔炎,曾在本地诊治,口腔分泌物涂片为白色念珠菌,拟诊"鹅口疮",口服酮康唑、制霉菌素等,症状好转,但不久即反复发作,间断服药.
