Abstract
1964年,英国学者Morris首次提出Morris指数的概念——p波终末电势(PtfV1),在窦性心律的前提下,当V1导联的P波呈正负双向的时候,计算负向部分的P波V1振幅的深度(PPaV1)和持续时间(PPdV1)二者之间的乘积,因为P波振幅的深度数值是负的,所以,PPaV1与PPdV1二者的乘积均为负数,单位:mm·s[1-3].为更准确描述相关内容,以下关于PtfV1的数值均用其绝对值形式以表述.
