脑源性神经营养因子基因多态性与血管性认知障碍的相关性研究

Abstract
目的 探讨脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)基因多态性与血管性认知障碍(vascular cognitive impairment,VCI)的相关性.方法 采用PCR-RFLP技术检测42例VCI患者(VCI组)、49例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和46例健康体检者(对照组)BDNF基因G196A位点及C270T位点单核苷酸多态性的分布,分析各基因型与发病的关系.结果 3组间BDNF基因G196A多态性位点各基因型频率和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组间BDNF基因C270T多态性位点各基因型频率和等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 BDNF基因多态性可能与我国石家庄地区汉族人群VCI的发病无相关性.
