铁死亡是一种铁依赖的、以谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4活性丧失、脂质过氧化物沉积为特点的细胞死亡方式.自噬是一种高度保守的、用于降解和回收利用生物大分子或受损细胞器的过程.当自噬过度激活时,也会引起细胞的自噬性死亡.文章就铁死亡与自噬的相互关系及其在神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病和肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述,以期加深对铁死亡及自噬关系的认识.
