Abstract
患者,女,44岁,主因右乳术后8年,发现右乳肿物5年,破溃1周入院. 患者缘于8年前无意中发现右乳有一肿物,位于乳头外上方,约"枣"大小,无疼痛,无局部皮肤红肿、破溃,无乳头偏斜及溢液,无静脉曲张,无低热、乏力、盗汗等症. 就诊于当地医院行"右乳肿物切除术",病理结果为"右乳腺纤维腺瘤". 5年前,患者发现右乳又出现一肿物,性质同前,未行诊治.
