内皮-间质转化(EndMT)是内皮细胞受到外界刺激失去内皮细胞特征,获得间质细胞或肌成纤维细胞表型,表达间质细胞产物的一种生物过程.EndMT不仅在心脏和血管生长发育中发挥重要作用,其在纤维化疾病和肿瘤中也广泛研究.文章对EndMT的信号调节机制及其近期在纤维化和肿瘤发生中的研究进行总结,为临床疾病的治疗提供新的靶点.
