Abstract
溃疡性结肠炎是非特异性的炎症性肠病,主要侵犯结肠黏膜和黏膜下层,具有反复发作难以治愈的特点,临床治疗多以口服类固醇或柳酸偶氮磺胺吡啶药物为首选.1996～2001年,我们试用结肠镜介入肠腔内喷洒给药治疗溃疡性结肠炎260例,疗效满意,现报告如下.
