Abstract
磨玻璃密度影(ground-glass opacity,GGO)是指高分辨率CT上表现的均匀淡薄密度增高影,而不掩盖其内血管及支气管结构[1].随着螺旋CT的广泛应用,肺内局灶性磨玻璃结节(focal ground-glass opacity,fGGN)的检出率逐渐增多,fGGN被认为与肺腺癌密切相关[2],因此越来越引起临床医生及影像科医生的关注.现将多发肿瘤性fGGN螺旋CT的特征与病理结果进行回顾性分析,以提高对此类疾病的认识.
