Abstract
高血压的家族聚集性间接证明了遗传因素在高血压发病机制中的作用,由家系研究从而引发了高血压遗传学的研究.而遗传高血压动物模型的成功更进一步支持遗传在高血压发生发展中的关键作用.依据目前国内外研究资料,公认高血压是环境因素和遗传因素共同作用的复杂疾病,遗传因素对高血压的影响占20％ ～55％.
