Abstract
1 病例资料
患者男性,64岁.因“咳嗽、咳痰15 d,右上腹疼痛7d”人院,患者发病后曾于当地医院就诊,诊断为气管炎,口服复方新诺明3d无效;病程中无发热、恶心、呕吐及腹泻,体质量无明显减轻.既往3年前曾患肺结核行异烟肼、利福平及砒嗪酰胺联合治疗,治疗3个月因目黄、恶心、呕吐,肝功能变化而终止抗结核药物.入院查体:体温36.2℃,皮肤巩膜无黄染.腹无压痛,肝脾肋下未触及,肝区叩击痛弱阳性.辅助检查:血、尿常规正常,血沉108 mm/h.
