1 临床资料 病例1,患者女性,30岁,2014年11月发现身目尿黄,伴恶心反酸、皮肤瘙痒,于12月3日收治本院.入院前查肝功能:AST 1333 U/L,ALT 1537 U/L,ALP 150 U/L,GGT 159 U/L,TBil 226.19 μmoL/L,DBil 163.55 μmol/L;甲状腺功能五项:促甲状腺激素(TSH)0.29 IU/ml,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)3.3 pg/ml,游离甲状腺素(FT4) 1.20 ng/dl;B超:肝脏回声增粗,ElastPQ均值为9.84 kPa,胆囊壁水肿.住院治疗.
