宏基因组检测法诊断人工全膝关节置换术后布氏杆菌感染一例

Abstract
人工全膝关节置换(TKA)术后布鲁氏杆菌感染的情况比较少见，术后感染的诊断有时候比较困难，尤其是病原菌的培养阳性率低，可能对治疗带来一定的干扰和延误。我们将介绍1例膝关节置换术后感染，宏基因组检测(mNGS)确定病原菌为布氏杆菌，后行假体取出旷置以及翻修手术。
