Abstract
近年来医院感染的发生率逐年增高,其中73.9%的医院感染为呼吸道感染[1,2].随着社会的老龄化,老年住院患者增多,故对老年人院内获得性肺炎(HAP)的研究尤为重要.为了解老年人HAP的危险因素和病原菌,我们对我院3年中发生的2136例老年人HAP的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨其危险因素和病原菌.
