从病因病机角度探讨脾与肌萎缩侧索硬化症二者的关系,论证从脾论治肌萎缩侧索硬化症的必要性和可行性.肌萎缩侧索硬化症是同时累及上下运动神经运动元的一种罕见的神经系统变性疾病,归为中医的"痿证"范畴.基于中医基础理论,脾主运化,与胃相表里,脾在体合肉,主四肢,脾在窍为口,在液为涎,在志为思.脾的生理功能与肌萎缩侧索硬化症密切相关,是临证时不容忽视的环节.
