Abstract
外泌体是一种能被多种细胞分泌的微小膜泡,这种微小膜泡中含有细胞特异的蛋白、脂质和核酸,能作为信号分子传递给其他细胞从而改变其他细胞的功能.部分药物进入体内后,可能会因为溶解度低,难以通过屏障作用,易被清除代谢等,使得药物难以达到预期的效果.外泌体作为细胞本身所分泌的一种天然的载体,因其具有免疫原性低、在血液中稳定性高、可以向细胞定向运送药物等优势,可以有效克服这些问题.本研究就外泌体作为药物载体的优势及在疾病中的应用进行综述.
