Abstract
经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术可导致血管内皮的机械性损伤,引起内皮功能失调及局部炎症反应,从而导致管壁内膜增生、支架内再狭窄及急性支架内血栓形成.支架植入术后管壁再内皮化和内皮祖细胞在恢复正常血管功能、血管损伤修复中有重要作用.内皮祖细胞治疗心血管疾病及介入治疗并发症提供一种新的思路.
