Abstract
硬化性肺细胞瘤( Pulmonary sclerosing pneumo-cytoma,PSP)多发于亚洲女性[1] ,其总体发病率较低,但近年来国内外报道有所增加. PSP最初因形态结构与皮肤组织中的硬化性血管瘤相似而命名为肺硬化性血管瘤( Pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma, PSH) ,在1999年及2004年的WHO肺癌分类中被归为"杂项肿瘤". 随着研究发现,其来源于原始呼吸道上皮细胞,到2015年WHO将其归类到腺瘤之中,并改名为硬化性肺细胞瘤[2].
