Abstract
目的：探讨百草枯中毒患者肺泡灌洗液中骨桥蛋白( osteopontin OPN )及转化生长因子β(βtransform growth factor-β TGF-β)的变化。方法百草枯中毒患者和对照组各11例，取肺泡灌洗液检测OPN及TGF-β水平。结果百草枯中毒患者肺泡灌洗液中OPN及TGF-β水平明显高于对照组。结论百草枯中毒患者肺泡灌洗液中OPN及TGF-β水平明显升高，可能是引起肺损伤的原因。
