目前,传统的抗酸染色和细菌培养仍是临床确诊结核病的重要依据.提高结核分枝杆菌培养的阳性率,进行菌型鉴定和药物敏感试验,对正确指导化疗方案具有重要意义.实验说明,在对培养标本作前处理后,采用离心沉淀接种培养基,可提高培养阳性率.
