Abstract
患者男,40岁,因乏力、眼黄、尿黄、腹胀、肝功能异常4月余,昏迷2天于2002年5月5日入院.检查:慢性病容、浅昏迷、皮肤、巩膜深度黄染,心、肺无异常.腹部膨隆,腹水征阳性、两下肢凹陷性浮肿.B超示肝内光点增粗,脾肿大,大量腹水.肝功能:TBIL298.6μmol/L,ALT67/u/L,AST60u/L,白蛋白26g/L,球蛋白24.7g/L,PT25s.血氨258μmol/L,Bun13.19mmol/L,Cr188.10μmol/L.血清K+3.2mmol/L,Na+133.1mmol/L、Cl-93.2mmol/L.
