Abstract
目的 探讨血小板CD36、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)联合D二聚体(D-D)在诊断肺血栓栓塞(PTE)中的价值.方法 选择2016年6月到2018年6月到医院就诊PTE患者70例为病例组,另选择同期医院住院非PET导致呼吸困难患者50例为对照组,所有患者均检测血小板CD36、Fbg、D-D数值.两组患者进行比较.结果 病例组血小板CD36、Fbg、D-D水平均高于对照组(P＜0.05)三者联合检测诊断准确率、灵敏性、特异性高于单一检测(P＜0.05).结论 血小板CD36、Fbg、D-D三者联合检测PTE诊断效能较高.
