十二指肠憩室是临床上较为常见的病变,在胃镜和尸检中的发现率为10%～20%[1].十二指肠憩室一般无症状,而并发出血则更为少见,各种治疗报道也以个案居多.本文报道2例胃镜下金属钛夹止血治疗十二指肠憩室出血病例.
