Abstract
胆囊腺瘤不仅少见,而且其组织类型、上皮的组成远较消化道其它腺瘤复杂.腺瘤主要由化生的胃、肠粘膜上皮、化生的幽门腺(metaplastic pyloric glands,MPG)、杯状细胞、潘氏(Paneth)细胞、灶性鳞状细胞样梭形细胞(foci of squamoid spindle cell,SSC)等组成[1-3],腺瘤伴不典型增生及原位癌的发生率也高于胃肠道腺瘤.为探索胆囊腺瘤伴发不典型增生的组织形态和免疫组化特性,我们从10年的胆囊切除标本中检出胆囊腺瘤25例,并进行了相关研究,现报道如下.
