3例血栓性血小板减少性紫癜临床分析及普拉斯米克评分的应用

Abstract
血栓性血小板减少性紫癜(thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura,TTP)是一种严重的微血管性血栓-出血综合征,临床上并不常见,其临床表现不具特异性,鉴别比较困难,常以体内血小板聚集,外周血出现大量红细胞碎片为特征.该病起病急,进展快,病情凶险,如得不到有效治疗,死亡率高达90％,因表现为血小板减少,如盲目输注血小板制剂有可能加重血栓形成并造成严重后果.本文报道3例TTP的诊治经过.
