Abstract
急性胰腺炎(AP)是临床常见的急腹症,有20％～30％的患者临床病情凶险,总体病死率为5％～10％.近年来AP发病率呈逐渐上升趋势.降钙素原(PCT)是一种新发现的炎性反应介质,目前已逐步被临床认可.近年来因发现其能在早期预测AP的进展情况,及时判断AP患者是否伴发感染等而受到重视,该文就近年来这方面的研究进展作一综述.
