克罗恩病发病机制的初步探索

Abstract
克罗恩病(CD)是一种慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,经过人们近20余年的研究,目前对其发病因素已有了较深入的了解,但其发病机制尚未被完全揭示.本文回顾了国内外文献报道并结合实践经验,指出以下6个方面为CD发病机制的重要环节,对这些环节进行衔接和整合,从而形成一个新的概念(见图1).图1为CD发病机制示意图,其内容与西方CD略有不同,这可能与种族因素有关.
