学龄期儿童上消化道出血急诊胃镜检查56例

Abstract
我院自1987年1月至2001年6月对学龄期儿童进行胃镜检查168例,包括上消化道出血患儿84例,其中56例在24 h内行急诊胃镜检查,镜下止血22例,现报告如下.1.对象:56例患儿中男37例,女19例,男:女≈2:1.年龄6～14岁,平均10.5岁.出血量＜200 ml者25例,200～500 ml者26例,＞500ml者5例.胃镜检查时间:末次呕血或黑便后6 h内检查15例,～12 h检查23例,～24 h检查18例.
