Abstract
我院于1985年收治同一家族3例因137Cs放射致重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)患者,随访观察17年.例1转为骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS),自接触射线850 d后死亡.例2转为伴有多系病态造血的急性髓系白血病(AML),自接触射线6275 d后死亡.例3自接触射线2920 d后转为MDS,2977 d转为急性单核细胞白血病(AML-M5a),3069 d后死亡.
