二烯丙基二硫(DADS)为大蒜的主要有效成分之一,我们的前期研究表明,DADS对HL-60细胞、MGC803细胞均有牛长抑制与诱导分化作用[1-3].我们在前期研究的基础上,从组蛋白乙酰化水平进一步探讨DADS对小鼠体内HL-60细胞生长的抑制作用及其机制.
