Abstract
白血病是造血系统的主要恶性肿瘤,治疗困难,复发率高,有效的早期预测白血病化疗疗效及监测其复发对提高白血病的缓解率和延长患者的生命具有重要的意义,目前国内外尚无理想的前瞻性指标.c-kit原癌基因是酪氨酸激酶受体家族Ⅲ类的一个重要成员[1].
