Abstract
冠心病是由高血压病、高脂血症、糖尿病、吸烟等多种危险因素共同作用所导致的心血管疾病,控制危险因素是其预防和治疗的重要环节[1-2].本文报道了1例冠状动脉轻度狭窄合并多种危险因素,由于危险因素控制不佳,3年内斑块迅速发展、破裂致急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)的典型病例.
