Abstract
根据GLOBOCAN 2018 的数据,2018 年全球有约210万例新诊断的女性乳腺癌病例,占女性癌症病例的近1/4,是全球女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,因乳腺癌死亡的患者数量约达63 万例〔1〕. 我国乳腺癌死亡率粗略估计为9. 74/10 万,占所有癌症相关死亡人数的7. 85％,是中国癌症相关死亡的第五大常见原因〔2〕,尽管早期乳腺癌预后良好,但转移性乳腺癌的5 年总生存率仅为22％ 〔3〕.
