Abstract
目的 探讨MT01对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Pg)感染小鼠单核/巨噬细胞NLRP3 mRNA表达的影响.方法 选取小鼠单核/巨噬细胞RAW264.7为目的细胞,分别与Pg、MT01、Pg+MT01、磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)共培养6h,Real-time PCR检测NLRP3 mRNA的表达.结果 与PBS组比较,NLRP3 mRNA的表达在MT01组最低(P＜0.05),Pg组最高(P＜0.01),Pg+MT01组高于PBS组,但低于Pg组(P＜0.01).结论 MT01可抑制Pg感染所导致的NLRP3 mRNA的表达.
