本所在采用短串联重复序列(STR)基因分型技术对一对父子进行亲子鉴定分析发现,争议父与子的9个遗传位点不符合孟德尔遗传规律,排除亲生血缘关系.同时发现,争议父的STR分型图上性别基因座分型异常,经细胞染色体核型分析证实,争议父为克氏综合征患者.
