准分子激光在冠状动脉介入治疗中应用2例

We evaluated both feasibility and safety of excimer laser coronary atherectomy (ELCA) in managing complicated coronary lesions in the article.Two patients was selected.When underwent ELCA, two parameters were selected with 40～60 mJ/mm～2, 30～40 pulses/s.The coronary plaque was treated 1 time by ELACA, which took no more than 10 minutes.With the ELCA catheter gone through lesions, the balloons dilated completely and stents implanted, both patients achieved the revascularization without any complications.
