经皮冠状动脉介入治疗后再发心绞痛呈巨R波综合征1例

Giant R wave syndrome is a rare ECG change,which may be rarely observed following hyperacute phase of acute myocardial infarction,variant angina and balloon occlusion in PCI or coronary artery ligation.Here,we will describe a case of this synthrome.Holter manifestation of this patient showed giant R wave at 4 months after PCI.
