Abstract

目的:探讨双源CT(DSCT)血管造影对假性动脉瘤的评估价值.方法:对21例假性动脉瘤DSCT血管造影图像上的形态、大小、破口、瘤内血栓及继发周围情况进行回顾性分析.结果:7例(33.3％)假性动脉瘤表现为圆形,椭圆形11例(52.4％),哑铃状3例(14.3％);瘤体大小1.6～8.0 cm.瘤体长度0.5～8.9 cm.11例(84.6％)主动脉假性动脉瘤可见破口;18例(85.7％)可见瘤内血栓.结论:DSCT可准确评价假性动脉瘤的解剖、病理特点.
